  repairable condition within 21 days, freight and duties prepaid to avoid a surcharge.

With this shipment you received an item from our SPEX (Spares Part Exchange) program.

1. please return the defective part to our warehouse within the next 3 weeks freight prepaid

2. late or no return will create an invoice of a surcharge according our exchange terms
